Ira Township Parks in Recreation will host the next session in its seasonal painting class series, the Yellow Brush Paint-In Class with Jane Weis, at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 17 at Ira Township Hall.

Participants will paint “Fall,” a painting that Weis created for the painting class series called Seasons, which took place each season during 2022.

During the class, Weis will provide a step-by-step demonstration and will walk around to assist anyone on a limited basis. The painting size will be an 11-inch-by-14 inch canvas. Weis will supply the canvas, paint, palettes and brushes.

The cost of the class is $35 per person. Preregistration is required for supply purposes.

Those interested in the class can register at the township offices, located at 7085 Meldrum Road. Those unable to register in person can drop off payment with the note “Yellow Brush” on the memo line of the check in the drop box located in the township parking lot.
